What is Fire Cider? A fiery folk remedy to boost immunity, fire up digestion, and support your body’s natural defenses during the dark, cold months ahead. For daily wellness, take 1-2 tbsp daily (1tsp for the littles over 1 yo). Drink as a shot, use in salad dressing, or mix in a mocktail. Discontinue use if experiencing GI issues.
